Concept Development

As part of your free initial consultation, and in ongoing conversations, we'll set down to nailing the key concept or concepts behind the project you have in mind.

Using online collaboration tools, from browser-based collaborative mind-mapping, to Skype, screen-sharing and concept review tools we'll move quickly towards realizing your vision and getting on the road to production.

Script & Visual Concept

Next up you'll be presented with a script - or are welcome to supply your own - and some key visual concepts for your review and approval.

Once you're happy with the results, and any changes required have been made to your specifications, we'll get production underway.

At the point of script approval, you pay a 50% retainer for the project.

Production

Now your video or videos go into production, and key questions and review items are shared with you.

Your fee includes: video production, editing, post-production work, music, voice-over, unlimited public domain footage, stock images and video up to a point, and motion logo design. You are welcome to use your choice of outsourced voice talent or music at your own expense, and this can be integrated into the final product.

Depending on the size of the project, turn around at this stage is in the region of one week.

Final Review

You're now given the chance to request any last-minute changes - retiming of key shots, a slight change in approach to the voice over, small details you'd prefer to see changed to your specifications.

I'm committed to making sure you leave with a video that's not just great, but perfect.

Delivery

Once production is wrapped and you're happy with the finished product, you'll receive online, secure access to your files. Videos can be supplied in a combination of up to three formats or sizes - the most popular choices being h.264 and Flash flv, in addition to a YouTube optimized version of the video.

For a small, optional fee you can also request the masters to be sent to you by DVD.

Social Media Seeding

Finally you'll receive advice on best practices for publishing and sharing your video on the web, and some tips on how to get the best return on your investment by taking advantage of social media marketing.

For an additional fee you can leave this entire process in my hands, and have the project seeded for you - or purchase extended consulting services on how to maximize the visibility and reach of your video.
